Here are the steps involved with Reflections moving forward:

Step 1: All the students can start working on their entries whenever and wherever they feel comfortable. The idea is to let their creative juices flow. No restriction on where and how they work. The artwork idea should be ORIGINAL and one of their own compositions.

The rules for all categories are attached with this email. Please remind your students not to include their name on their artwork. Their name interferes with the non-bias judging process of the Reflections Program.

Step 2: Kindly complete the student entry form and submit it along with the art work. All entries must include a title and an artist statement in the student entry form. The submission date for the artwork is Sunday November 17, 2024.. Submit artwork by completing the submission form found at this link: https://forms.gle/Q1QF1gnSeUuVF1ce6

NOTE: It is mandatory that at least one of the parents be a member of the local PTA. If you are not a member, please register as early as possible. 

Step 3: Submitted artwork would be judged on the basis of creativity, interpretation, and technique. The top entry in each category will move forward to the County Level.

Step 4: All the participants will be appreciated and awarded during an award ceremony.  Additional details will be sent towards the end of the year.
